Rhett Hintze, raised in Wisconsin by an electrical engineer father and a dedicated mother, developed a strong foundation of values and work ethic from a young age. He pursued higher education, earning a B.S. in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and an M.P.A. from Syracuse University, preparing him for future career success.
Outside of work, Rhett enjoys skiing, horticulture, road trips, F1 motorsports, and college football. He actively volunteers with his church and the MidWest Food Bank and supports global education through Kenya’s Daraja Academy, reflecting his commitment to service.
Professionally, Rhett serves as Chief Operating Officer of Bravo Group, the largest privately-held PR firm in Pennsylvania. His leadership has been vital in scaling the firm’s operations, driving growth, and improving profitability. Rhett’s ability to balance personal passions with professional achievements exemplifies his dedication to making a meaningful impact in all areas of life.
